What do I want to achieve in My Life

It’s worth the effort

Reading and writing is not everyone’s strong point but we are all good at something. We appreciate also that every one learns differently so our team will do our best to support you on your academic journey. We do not have high expectations of anyone but ask you help us to help you.

The work you put it has only positive outcomes for your future.

Education at My Life Project

Arts Award: we’ve been an Arts Award centre for many years and found it has suited many of our students because of the learner friendly route which includes SEND specific support. Through any one of our arts, digital media and music courses students can achieve a recognised qualification at Introductory level, Level one and Level 2 with a number of credits. Please click on the links for the different stages and ages: Discover Explore Bronze Silver Gold.

AQA: we have also been using the Assessment and Qualifications Alliance for many years and recently become a Unit Award Scheme centre (UAS) which we find is suited for many of our learners because of the small tasks it takes to achieve an award. Please click Unit Award Scheme for more information and to see range of topics. As standard we support students with Literacy, Numeracy and PSHE though AQA . Additionally, alongside the Arts Award we have covered many topics which are art and media focused from a simple drawing to producing a detailed music track.

Curriculum in alignment with schools: it’s not unusual for the schools to provide the work for some of our students, often they request that student learning runs parallel to what the year group is doing. This is more than often the case on the run up to GCSE’s etc. Alternatively, we provide the work at the same level – as long as the student feels comfortable we are open to support either way.

Please note: We only facilitate students sitting exams at one of our centres with the school Invigilator.
