About us

My Life Project has been going for over 13 years as an alternative provider for many schools, organisations and families. The company was set up in 2011 by the current Director who alongside the team, is still as passionate about the work we do.. The reason for our name ‘my life’ is to share how individual we all are with different backgrounds, experiences and qualities – and to appreciate My Life may not be the same as yours.

We are an arts and media company who uses different forms to work with and engage children and young people at primary and secondary year stages with some 16+. Although we have quite a variety of projects and programmes to offer, our core areas are Art, Music, Digital design and Print. We like to be creative and often messy but from everything we do we aim to achieve an outcome no matter how big small.

We are a registered learning provider: UKPRN 10056365 and Companies House registration no. 07884539. We run from 2 locations across the City which are Sheffield 5 and Sheffield 2 – full addresses can be found here.
